The Occult Conference is working towards creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space for all. We have a zero-tolerance policy on behaviour which makes any participant feel unwelcome or marginalised, and would ask that incident(s) be reported, in first place, to the organisers, who will treat every report sympathetically and confidentially. By attending the Conference it is assumed that you support these aims and agree with the terms and conditions

The Town Hall is accessible to people with mobility issues, there is a ramp to the main entrance and a small flight of steps inside. The rear of the building has step-free access to the main hall, and is on the same level as the internal lift.
The George and Pilgrim Hotel is fully accessible.
The Avalon Club, unfortunately, does not have step-free access. There is a flight of stairs to the venue.
Please contact us if you have any assistance needs, we’ll do our best to meet them.
